In order to setup a desktop or mobile e-mail client, you'll need to get the e-mail settings for the account from your cPanel.

Please note that desktop/mobile e-mail client configuration falls outside of our Support Scope and our customer support team are unable to assist with configuring an e-mail client.
If you're having difficulty, we suggest removing the e-mail account settings from your device or software and then starting again with the configuration instructions that you get from your cPanel via the steps in this article.

Step 1.

Login to your cPanel and open the E-Mail Accounts screen. You can find a direct link to this screen in your Zonode account, by clicking Services, choosing your web hosting plan and then clicking the "E-Mail Accounts" link from the Quick Shortcuts section.

Step 2.

Click on "Connect Devices" and then the "Setup Mail Client" link for the e-mail account that you wish to view configuration settings or download configuration files for.

Step 3.

On the screen that appears, click the "IMAP over SSL/TLS" link for the relevant e-mail client. If you're trying to configure an Apple iPhone or iPad, you can send the configuration file via e-mail by filling in the form at the bottom of the page.

Your users can also access the "Connect Devices" screen by logging into their Webmail which is accessible at webmail.yourdomainname and choosing Connect Devices from the menu under their email address in the top right.

Manual Configuration Settings

If your e-mail software or device isn't listed, you can view the manual configuration settings that should provide all of the information required when manually configuring an e-mail client.

Please note that desktop/mobile e-mail client configuration falls outside of our Support Scope and our customer support team are unable to assist with configuring an e-mail client.
